Larry is so obscure that he doesn't exist on Wikipedia. There is little biographical information about him other than he appears to be from Great Britain. Larry Miller played for a long time before he decided to really make it a career. He is not young man by any means. Based on his style, there is no question that he was heavily influenced by fellow British musicians of the day, such as Rory Gallagher. According to the press kit as taken from his web page:

After picking up his brother's guitar and writing his first song, he felt his future lay in rock music, being influenced by some of the guitar greats - Jimi Hendrix, Rory Gallagher, Johnny Winter, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Gary Moore.

What I do know is that Larry Miller balanced a daytime job with being part of a band.
